NB New customers and old, please note that I have withdrawn my no fix no fee policy. Desktop PCs are still covered within the EH30 postcode.

All hardware related (Rather than Windows related/viruses) laptops and netbooks are subject to a £25 minimum charge. (£35 outside of the EH30 postcode). Due to the nature and effort involved, some laptops may be passed to to third party. In these cases turnaround time is 7 days. If passed to a third party your harddrive and data on it will be removed from the machine to ensure your personal information is not out of your reach.

As of 18/04/11, I will no longer be travelling within the city bounderies without charge due to increasing fuel costs. A surcharge of £5 will be charged to cover the journey to collect and return your machine. This does not affect other areas. We deal with hardware and software problems and are happy to help in whatever way we can. We come to you to assess your problem and where possible perform a quick fix on site. On many occasions though we will ask to take your computer away for repair.

We charge £30 for most fixes that take less than an hour. A clean out of spyware and viruses is typically £35 and a complete reinstall of your Windows operating system costs £45 including the latest drivers and updates from Microsoft so that you are not exposed to known threats from the internet when you get it back.
